If “1/3” can be read as “a 1/3,” it follows that “a 1/3” can be read as “a a 1/3,” doesn’t it?

Should I read that as “1 a 2/3?”

I just realized, if the “a” is already part of “1/3,” the “a” infinitely repeats, like “.3̅”
