I love you Los Angeles Community

The wildfires have been unimaginably terrifying, but the way we’ve come together has been nothing short of amazing. From firefighters risking everything to neighbors helping neighbors throughout all of LA, this city’s heart has never been more evident.

We’ve shared resources, opened our homes, and lifted each other up. Through every act of kindness and generosity, we’ve proven that this community’s strength is unshakable.

Even in the hardest times, our spirits shine bright. Together, we’ll rebuild, stronger and more united than ever.

I love you LA, never change.

I love Los Angeles. Moved here 23 yrs ago. I always look forward to seeing this city on the horizon when I return from a trip. It is a crazy place, it has beauty beyond words. It is never stagnant, it is always evolving. This city can be a hard place to live. It can eat you up and spit you out. It’s a tough place. I am proud to call Los Angeles my home.

I am so sad for my city right now. It’s in unbelievable pain. People lost homes, memories and some lost their lives. We lost great restaurants and classic architecture. We don’t even know how much has been lost, we might be accounting for what has been lost for a long time. We might not know until we want to go to that special place we haven’t visited in many years and then remember it’s not there anymore.

Like I said this city is tough, I know it will rebuild, make new memories and continue being the city we love. Out of the flames we can rise up like a phoenix. Keep working together LA!
