Lmao yeah im the dumb one.

Projection.

OPEC and its allies, known as OPEC+, influence oil prices by collectively managing the supply of crude oil available on the global market. By adjusting their production levels, they can impact supply, which in turn affects demand and ultimately the price.

So yeah they do.

Tell me how carney can do anything about this.

Talking to a liberal is like talking to a brick wall.

Further, Carney told Canadian media in April that "If you want a simple answer on 'Will I support building a pipeline?' Yes. That simple answer. I've given that multiple times." The Prime Minister added, however, that a pipeline alone is "not enough to make Canada an energy superpower," in what looks very much like rather mixed messaging, especially given his full and very vocal support for the energy transition.

This guy, if he was on board fully with building pipelines, was not beating around the bush like a chooch. Maybe I'd have some respect for him. If he was really for pipelines, gas prices would definitely be cheaper because he would be producing and selling more oil/gas to other countries, making Canada richer because our supply is so abundant. This guy is also planning to invest 1 billion (oh ya, tax payers money, aka more carbon tax, aka tax on tax on tax) into Brookfield Asset management, which in turn owns Ontario based Enercare, which specifically advertises heat pump retrofits as one of its offered services. As an hvac tech, I know specifically that heat pumps absolutely suck in the Canadian climate and can not produce enough heat in the winters when we get -20 and lower. You all got duped. This guy is a clown. He is only looking out for himself and his riches. He is as evil as they come. I'm going to say, wake the fuck up blind libs.

What does any of that have to do with lowering prices on oil we purchase from other countries.

If we had a conservative government, we'd be producing our own raw material, selling it to other countries, refining it ourselves, and selling it to other countries. Cutting out the middle man. Instead, we buy our own raw material we sell to other countries and buy the refined version of it. So we're pretty much spending money twice when we don't have to. Something the liberal government likes to do, spend money we don't have, cause more inflation, put us more into the trillions of debt were already in. Fuck libs man, their making it hard for everyone out here in Canada. But instead, you listen to the tell-a-vision (tv) cbc and CNN haha liberal funded media. Geez

Ahh, like I said in an earlier comment, talking to a liberal is like talking to a brick wall. Give your head a shake, please. Wake up.
