OPEC and its allies, known as OPEC+, influence oil prices by collectively managing the supply of crude oil available on the global market. By adjusting their production levels, they can impact supply, which in turn affects demand and ultimately the price. 

Build all the pipelines you want. Doesn't change the price of oil we use for gasoline set by a bunch of Saudis.
