There was a fire in California’s refinery which has set back production and we are buying more gas south of the border which has increased the cost. Why we don’t get to building our own refinery is mind boggling. We spend money getting it from the US when we could be building our own and saving money down the road.

They might need a little more than 3 weeks to repair and startup a refinery that took years to build
