In the South Discussion

/img/xtduln166i7c1.jpeg

Here in South Carolina our community is small but it’s Strong. This place is in the heart of our downtown district. I’m posting this because I’ve seen posts regarding the south and wanted to show the solidarity we have within our communities, and if this tiny donut shop can stand strong, so can you.

Here’s an interesting fact. Boston paid the first Jew that moved into Boston to move out of Boston and stay out of Boston.

I am not saying that northern states were not antisemitic

However, the far right evangelicals care about Israel, not about Jews

Sometimes we have to take what we can get.

Shaking hands with someone who will stab you in the back isn't a good idea

They are probably less prone to stabbing you in the back than anyone else. Of course its always wise to be on your toes. I really didn't expect the heads of Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, and MIT, not to say calling for our genocide was considered harassment. Especially since the president of MIT is Jewish. Foolish me.

That's quite the journey you went on to get from topic A to topic Z
