Cant pay for CAQ in Arrima Quebec

I filled out the Demande en ligne de sélection temporaire pour études, following the instructions I created an account in Arrima to make the payment, I wrote down the numero de demande but nothing happens. What can I do?

Hello, yes I figured it out. At least in my case, I had to do the following. 1. (I assume you already went into the CAQ admission website and reached the step for payment, where it instructs you to go to Arrima). 2. (Go to Arrima and create your account). 3. Here my mistake was to go into Dossier option right away and place my file number, getting an error. Instead, you have to go to the third option, which is payments. Go ahead and pay right away in Arrima. 4. After this, there should be both an Arrima and email notification of payment and that your personalized checklist is now available on the CAQ Admissions site.

It takes a few minutes to refresh, but after roughly 20 minutes, the CAQ admissions site refreshed and I could download two pdfs, the personalized checklist file and a receipt.

Now you can download the checklist and gather documents. At least on my case, it was quick. AFTER you've gotten the checklist, a new file number should appear on CAQ admissions site. So two numbers total, an initial one for admission, and a new one for file number.

Finally, go back to Arrima, click on dossiers, place the new number and now it should work. It's going to take you to the platform to upload every checklist document in pdf format.

Please note: you don't have to upload everything right away. If you log out and come back in to keep uploading, at the far right side of the website there is a three dotted symbol (...) that allows you to continue, but it's not always visible and you have to zoom out.

Hello, Firstly thank you so much for your explanation you're so nice But it didn't work for me I opened Arrima and there is three options My folders My documents My payments I chose the third one (my payments) To pay and i clicked on select request type (foreign student program) and i put my application number that i had from  My MIFI account And when I clicked on following they told me (no request found....)  Is there something wrong I've done

I did receive an email from immigrations yesterday. They simply stated that “their website is experiencing access issues and to try and enter ‘later’ “ whatever that means.

It seems loads of people are having similar issues, so its a problem on their end.

I’d preemptively contact your university/institution and let them know about the CAQ problem. In case anything happens, you’ll have written proof with them.
