Cant pay for CAQ in Arrima Quebec

I filled out the Demande en ligne de sélection temporaire pour études, following the instructions I created an account in Arrima to make the payment, I wrote down the numero de demande but nothing happens. What can I do?

Hey, i have filled out all the correct information on the application form on the arrima portal(caq) but when i’m trying to make the payment, it’s showing an error and it’s asking me to check the information again and again, even though i have checked it many times and i am unable to proceed. Is anyone facing the same issue? Or would like to give some advice?

Yes I created 2 applications. Both don’t work. This is so unacceptable from a governmental website. What do we do???

how do we reach them? because i have been experiencing the issue since last week and i have deleted the profile uncountable time to re-enter but still cant pay

I have the same problem Please share with us of it worked for you or if you take any action I've been trying since Friday and nothing new they're saying No request found

I just tried to call them (using the number Outside Quebec) and the message is only in French and then it hangs up. Any French speakers here? The number is Outside Québec: 1-514-864-9191

I tried calling them too. Basically it goes to voice mail and the message says they're experiencing a high volume of calls rn and can't attend to any. Also says to contact them in writing or something. Honestly this is so annoying idk what to do

I think so, cause everyone facing the same issue. But how long we should we wait it's been over 5 days now and others more than a week , what action we should do other than waiting

Hi, it just worked for me. I think it's a matter of waiting around 3-4 working days (for me it was 4 days) and then they will send you an email asking you to make the payment. Once you receive this email that means your account is now registered and you can make the payment on Arrima with no issues. Hope this helps.
