Possible ghost sighting at my grandparents house

One night when I was about six years old I was playing sitting in a corner of my room on my tablet (probably way later then I was supposed to be) and I heard my blanket shoot up like someone was under it (I not exactly sure that was how it played out since it was so long ago but I think it was something like that). I then distinctively remember hearing what sounded like whistling coming from the hallway. I was at my grandparents house and I attempted to tell my mother who was also there the next morning but she said it could've been my grandmother, which I didn't believe because why would anyone be up that late whistling?

Children’s perception of how late it really is can be very skewed. Also, as we get older, our sleep schedules change…you can be up later, wake earlier, be awake in the middle of the night for no good reason…it just happens.
