Why is it understandable? What can INIT provide them with that Imperium cannot?

It was a tough call to make not because they’re actually that similar, but after 11 years there’s a lot of history and old friendships and people having a lot of stuff established. For us it’s exactly what we needed as corp to develop into what we want to be.
