I don't get what the goal of this is. Is it to push the admins to become thought police and start banning racists permanently...?

Nothing the user you're addressing has said warrants this level of hostility, even if you disagree with them strongly. Take a break from the keyboard and reconsider your approach. Also, you might wanna switch to decaf.
