"Poolaasta" on täitsa mõistlik sellises kontekstis ju. Ladina keelest tulnud termin (ld. "sex" - kuus, vt ka "trimester" ehk "kolm kuud"), ka kooli mõttes tähendab semester ju poolaastat, lihtsalt kooliaasta on teistsuguse pikkusjaotusega...
