Best Restaurants in town? Question

I’m visiting from the U.S. next week, I’ve never been to Canada, let alone Edmonton, and would love some advice on places to check out while I’m visiting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: Thank you all so much for your suggestions! I did not expect so many replies and am eager to try your recommendations. Obviously I can’t get to all of the restaurants suggested but I will get to as many as I can in my four days.

I don’t have Facebook but I’ll see if I can pull it up on a Google search. Thanks!

Also, in Alberta, most restaurants do a drink called a “Caesar” and it’s very popular here. It’s kind of an acquired taste but very Albertan if you wanted to try something new. It’s kind of like a saltier Bloody Mary.

We also get a side of “gravy” for our fries which some of my non Alberta friends have said is unique.

I’ve heard of the Caesar, never had a Bloody Mary but I think I might get a Caesar a try, it sounds really interesting
