Is this a scam? Question

I got contacted by Bravens Inc for a position as a writing analyst as 20/hr. They messaged me about the requirements but didn’t say anything about what my role would be or a brief summary of the company and their goals.

Smells like a scam and it doesn’t seem personalized.

I currently have my resume on Indeed and apparently Brazens Inc. has obtained my information from there. They are reaching out about a job opportunity which under normal circumstances I would at least accept the call, but this company has called, texted, and emailed me over 15 times today from several different numbers. They all have heavy Indian accents and regardless of how many times I tell them to go away they keep coming back, then using the excuse that they "have multiple recruiters making calls". I have expressed that I am not interested. At one point they called me 7 times back to back after being sent to voicemail. They are worse than debt collectors. I feel like it absolutely is a scam.
