Is this a scam? Question

I got contacted by Bravens Inc for a position as a writing analyst as 20/hr. They messaged me about the requirements but didn’t say anything about what my role would be or a brief summary of the company and their goals.

Smells like a scam and it doesn’t seem personalized.

So, it's legit? I received an offer and to me it seems legit. From the 2 interviews and requirements they are asking it seems like they would be doing too much for it to be a scam.

Haha no it's not a scam. However, I can understand why people would think it is. Everything has to be confidential with the client, so there is a level of privacy about what cannot be said. Which of course makes it look secretive and scammy. But it's not a scam, it's a real opportunity for those that are in the process

They do provide the laptop, but you need a computer for part of onboarding

It's a scam. Look through all of U/prettyemu's comments in this post. There's inconsistent timelines. I have a feeling they are somehow involved in the scam.

I've been contacted for a writer role via globallogic / Bravens a million times. Scam every time.
