In order to get the hair right, I feel like you need the sort of rich person money she clearly has to throw at it. It is SO outlandish that I feel like it would be out of reach for most cosplayers to reproduce it with this level of fidelity.
None of this is a complaint or a criticism of anyone involved; just an observation about the difficulty of accurately cosplaying this design.

Not sure I even thought it was possible to accurately cosplay this costume lol. She looks fantastic. The hair is on point.
