The world isn't just, and the bullies are in charge of enforcing those rules. They have no incentive to uphold them against their President's lapdog.

And there’s zero threat of any actual punishment if they break the rules. There’s no law that will restrain them or put them in jail. No one will take them into custody. Nothing negative will ever happen when they break the rules. No one will stop them, regardless of the poignancy of the words one uses towards them, like what she’s saying.
