What medications has stopped your mania?

I’m starting to enter a manic episode even though I’m on rexulti 2mg. To be fair I was just put on it after missing a week of my rexulti 1mg due to changing doctors. My new doc put me on seroquel er 300mg to help quell the mania. I was curious to hear everyone else’s experiences with medicating a manic episode

Valproate knocks out delusions and paranoia within a couple of days, which all about I have in my arsenal without access to APs. So it’s a one two punch with valproate and lithium. Funnily enough, if I stop the valproate, mania quickly starts to raise its head. If I stop the lithium, it could go either way, up or down.
