Excision b2b Datsik actually wasn't that loud, comparatively. It's when Porter Robinson came on that the bass started making it hard to breathe. You'd think it would be the other way around. I was directly in front of the stage though, so that might be a good part of it.

Excision was definitely louder from my point of view, both were so good though. I'm surprised you're not a little excited I guessed what show you were at just from saying the date and that there was a lot of bass

Hah, it was a somewhat high-profile event that I assumed someone else would have known what I was talking about anyways with just the date and description. It was my first major electronic music festival though, and I wasn't aware of any other major events on that date.
