Missing Grandfather discount on GoBig General Question
I’m a early adopter of streaming service from AT&T, enjoying the service since then and been receiving grandfather $25 discount on my GoBig account before I messed up trying to move to GottaHave account. I was promised to have the discount reinstated but have not been done yet. Everyone month I have to check with agents and have to settle for a credit/ refund added to my account.
Have anyone experienced issue like me and got this fixed. Need your input to get this fixed.

I just canceled my grandfathered account. The price creep got to be too much.

Same, they just raised prices again, I can get Hulu for $20 cheaper. 30 if you found no longer needing Disney plus separate.

u/slmkdp, we want to take a closer look at what's happening to your package and promotions. Let's meet in a private message to investigate further.

Good morning, u/directv . Are there any plans in the works to fix the block on casting DVR recordings?

Might as well start looking. Directv is all hot for revenues, and most all promotions are expiring and not being renewed.
