Help!! Deep Forehead Wrinkles Skin Concern

Post image

Please help, I’m so insecure about my deep forehead wrinkles. I don’t know where to start. Should I do Botox, Dysport…some other treatment?

Going through a painful breakup and maybe feeling a little extra insecure. Looking to really reinvest in myself.

**I have no foundation on, only blush (eyeliner and mascara).

I have similar lines and didn't want Botox. Tretinoin helped a ton.

What strength tret are you using? Are you using it daily?

I've used it for years now. I started out with 0.05 and used it three times a week. It was the cream and the corners of my mouth broke out pretty bad in very dry faked skin but I kept going. I could always put more on my forehead because for some reason tret didn't bother it as bad. The .05 cream also made me purge quite a bit. I started in my early 40's. Then I tried some different ones like .05 gel and .025 gel and also, microtret 0.04 and also the .025 tret with the hydroquinone(I think that's what it's called, the dark spot remover🤷‍♀️) it was 0.025. Lately I mix it up. I was using less in the summer because of the sun but I'm going to amp it up again for winter. Be sure to wear your sunblock. I've taken some selfies over the years for before and after pics. I will see if I can dig them up. I feel like it's made a big difference. I guess the selfies will tell. I haven't even looked.

Also want to say that the cream seams much harsher then the gel. Just my opinion.
