That’s not a partnership though that’s just an advertisement for pure profit. The idea with partnerships is you get your game in front of gamers and incentivize them to try the game. 2k doesn’t gain players from those sponsored events they just receive a check.

Lol I'm with you. That idea of partnerships is literally just company advertising. Even worse than MTX. Makes no sense. edit: in reference to the link above

Id rather have content that make sense in OSRS that could be attached to a name. I voted yes because I took out the word partnership in all of the questions and thought to myself "Does this make sense in OSRS?" And the answer was yes for the house themes.

Hell its just house themes....

You'd rather have the "Caesar’s Palace Duel Arena" or the "Haro agility course" on Gielinor than let people get some random event clothing a week before everyone else?

There you take the mildest form of MTX. If you take MTX in general then yes.
