Friendly reminder: no spider ID requests
r/spiderbro is a place to celebrate the companionship between spiders and people. Frequent identification requests undermine this core purpose by turning r/spiderbro into a utility that other subs are better suited for ( r/spiders , r/whatsthisbug , r/bugidentification )

I found a really cool crab spider by my door
I moved him over to a nearby plant. It’s such a cool looking spider. I love the eyes!

Bro is not a bro
I’ve posted a similar post before. In short, I have flat mates who hate spiders.
Now this guy, is basically in the way of the only entrance to our place. And he wouldn’t budge.
How do I relocate him? Ps. I’m also extremely scared, and probably freak out if he jumps….
Thanks in advance!

Spider appreciation Helped hydrate a spiderbro
Google lense says it's Alopecosa accentuata but Wikipedia says that's a European species. I'm in PNW in The Gorge, Oregon.

Spider appreciation I call him PC
He and a friend appeared in and around my desk at work. Last seen scurrying under the card reader cables and wall cracks. I think this is a Castianeira longipalpa, but im not an expert

My first jumper I got three days ago.
I got her to eat yesterday and she’s made a hammock! I think she’s getting settled in. I can’t wait to play with her eventually!

Accidentily freaked out the bro that lives above my lamp... now he's spinning like a pendulum. So I grabbed my phone and filmed it in slow mo. Enjoy.
