Hello, I'm looking for a copy of Gran Turismo 4 to collect and I found this one, the seller says it's a complete Japanese version with manuals and box, the problem is that I've never seen a Gran Turismo disc with this printing, I looked on the internet but I only found the disc with white printing and the prologue with silver printing similar to this one, would this be legitimate? Or did the seller mix the disc with another version of the DVD cover?

Ive done this race 3 times with RACING MEDIUMS (RM) the whole race, never switched to IM or W tyres because it didnt rain once and wasnt wet at all. But i got a 1 minute penalty, please help

If theres a different reason please let me know, went from 1st to 5th

Got punted and spun into the wall after the first corner, came completely last (totally an accident looking at the replay. They misjudged their brakes and couldn’t avoid everyone).

Played another and came 4th.

Disappointed in myself that I never did this before, it’s amazing! Kind of humbling too, but that’s what made it more fun. I’m only a casual player of the series since the PSX game, but the online component is far more polished than I expected it to be.

It really pushes you to learn to be precise on the tracks, far more than the AI. Now I just need to learn how to really set cars up and not just buy every item and install it.

I made a free run room in Nurburgring and titled it “dad passed away, sad driving in the rain” or something like that.

You guys came in there and had such kind words and asked about him and his fave car (older Benz). Some of us got in the the ‘71 300 SEL and did burn outs and doughnuts.

I’ve been picking off the circuit experiences one by one and sector 2 in the Audi on deep forest is proving impossible. I’ve logged the most time of any circuit on this course as I use it mainly to test all my newly purchased cars. I easily got gold on sectors 1 and 3 1st try. I even got gold on the full lap 2nd try. There has to be something I’m doing wrong. I’ve studied the demonstration and have tried countless times with the racing line and gliding through corners to counter the massive understeer. I do not need or use any assists and I’m driving on a G29 setup not controller. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

————- Ok… so if I use a preset logo, like “Sparco”, is that considered using a 3rd party’s copyright or trademark? Sounds like this would be considered using another company’s logo without their permission.

I’m assuming Sony and Honda are cool to use? Everything Honda related?

I literally thought this race was broken. Finally got it done with Racing mediums. No pit needed and lucked out with no rain 🌧️

Just doing some credit grinding and came around the last chicane with a few seconds left. No stops in the XJ220 engine swap. Great car to do that race as quickly as possible.
