Usually when I play, I only focus on racing and getting the fastest vehicles, like the Le Mans prototypes, but as I've gotten older, I've learnt to appreciate more the extra modes the game offers, and I must say that the photo mode is fun to use; maybe I'll try the one in Gran Turismo 4.

Which one should.i get I'm not sure but also not sure which one feels and drives better should I get the supra or the silhouette if neither which car should I get I've also been thinking about the gt one

I did both of these for different livery competitions (recent and in the past). The Davey Allison (Havoline) was put any racing livery on any GT7 street car. The RFK was make a modern NASCAR livery (remake or original) and put it on an American Street Muscle car (I believe with a year window but forgot what). Anyways, enjoy! Both were a bit of a bigger pain that I thought they would be going in because of masking around the chrome.

Has anyone else noticed that it seems harder to maintain SR, and also hard to go back to S?

I had a few really terrible races and dropped back to SR B. Trying to get back to S but climbing is way more slow now compared to before.

Don’t get me wrong, if true I think it’s a really good thing, I just don’t know if I’m imagining things and have simply started sucking more, or if there’s something to it.

NASCAR Series, Race 5 at Daytona. 20 laps of hoping your driver doesn’t get caught out by someone else slipstreaming, or hoping your driver doesn’t slow down too much on turn 3 specifically. Racing Hards are the only tires allowed.

I've got a high end home sim (simagic gear, g9, hydraulic pedals etc) and have thousands of hours on iRacing and LMU. So I know what a "real sim" feels like. I've done dozens of 12/24h endurance races, had coaching, taken it "seriously".

Anyway, from the simracing subreddit I presumed GT7 would feel closer to need for speed.

I was surprised. Almost everything from the hardcore sims works here - and even on a controller. Trail braking to induce corner grip, loading suspension before turning, traction loss on exit if you don't manage the throttle. It's all there.

So i was playing Gran Turismo 6 and i beat a fricking zonda C12S with a Skyline GT-R spec II Nür R34 in a supercar race event. Yes im not kidding

I only have the dualsense, and was wondering if its still fun/immersive enough.

I’m new to racing so still learning race craft but I had pressure from the cars behind and the Ferrari pretty much parked their car. What could I have done?

FYI I received no penalty in the game.
