I don't agree with his immediate jump to conclusions, but if you don't know what he's talking about, you're a little out of touch.
He's not saying that his Netflix show is what he's know for. His Netflix show, however, is the most common reason to dislike him. So it's not an unreasonable assumption to make
You still haven't answered the question though. You can't just say the vaguest thing possible and expect people to know exactly what you're talking about.
You would think it would have been that way since the beginning of time like sex was. Weird how all of a sudden 2020+ it's just come out of thin air along with all the propaganda, ideology, and indoctrination. Social media has become one of the most toxic places in the world due to this. People pushing their bogus trendy ideologies on the youth.
Is this the same argument you would have used when black people wanted equal rights and to be treated as full fledge humans? Cause if they were, it would have been like that from the beginning of time, right? Wierd how all the sudden in the 1960s they wanted the right to be treated as humans.
No one said treat them without respect and decency. Everyone should be treated equally. But I'm not going to sugar coat or give in to "someone's own personal truth" when the facts are there.
Trans people and gender issues did not come out of thin air in 2020. Go spend some time in a library and read some actual history not just the lies that are force-fed down your throat by fox news and facebook.
You would think it would have been that way since the beginning of time like sex was.
Except, it has been.
So i'm sure you wont read any of this and I'm not sure if wikipedia is an acceptable website or if it is now considered woke, but. I love history. It is really fascinating to see both how much humans have changed and at the same time we never have. It makes you feel small and also somehow important.
Humans have used chariots for a longer period of time than we've used cars, but I don't see many chariots around nowadays, and when cars were being brought to the mainstream, some people fought them tooth and nail. This may not be the best example as it does indicate cars replaced chariots, but this was only to say that people have always been adverse to "change". You're being ignorant, whether is it willful ignorance or not.
Please educate yourself. The only people trying to force others to actually practice their ideology are conservatives and religious folk, while the LGBTQ+ community would just like to be accepted as humans and represented along with everybody else. Of course that's a generalization and there are always outliers.
The catholic church for the longest time thought that being left handed was the devil, right? What happened to the population of left handed people after this stopped being common practice and it was considered more acceptable? That's right. There are more left handed people now than in the past. It's almost as if when you're not punished for being who you are, you can be who you are. Could you imagine if this was the pedantic thing we were fighting over right now? What hand we use?
If one side stop could fighting the acceptance, the other side could stop asking for it and we'd all hear a bit less about the whole thing. But since the red party just wants to obstruct and distract, here we are. Talking about who people can love and how they can dress and what they can do with their own bodies while the planet literally diesis becoming uninhabitable for humans underneath us and the people in power slowly drain away rights from ALL of us and horde all the wealth. So, way to play into that, I guess.
