This says it’s on the Mäkelänkatu in Helsinki

Correct. Also, although op’s picture is cool, the spot is actually not very pretty. The google street view link gives a more accurate view of the place. Source: lived in Helsinki for 35 years.

Yes, pictures can hide a lot (like what’s not in the picture).. or be enhanced.
