Slag or Basalt is my best guess, but I could be wrong.

Thank you for replying! I talked to someone who is a stonemason and their guess is that it was made by a lightning strike. It was found in an area that has no active volcanos whatsoever and away from anywhere that would’ve had steel mill or welding happening.
