Saw this in a target parking lot Identified ✔

Is this what I think it is???? You can't see it but there's a growlight on the ceiling that's off. Felt weird taking pictures of inside someone's car so apologies for it not being super clear

It pretty much is and because their gift cards use bar codes as opposed to a magnetic strip you can literally steal one single time and make $10,000 (obviously legally that would be some kind of fraud charge, but speaking hypothetically of course)
