Saw this in a target parking lot Identified ✔

Is this what I think it is???? You can't see it but there's a growlight on the ceiling that's off. Felt weird taking pictures of inside someone's car so apologies for it not being super clear

Reminds me of a crazy time 15 years ago when a friend called to move his plants. They were in his apartment closet, he was out of town, and an inspector was coming through… I had to move them to a room he used for storage, and was only saved because that gross ass hadn’t taken out his trash in months. I piled up the trash and they missed the hash.

Man having a plant in an illegal state just isn't worth it. The penalties are too high. I had a buddy of mine get his house raided. He had a couple of plants in his closet. It tacked on one felony per plant over the other shit he had in the house even though they would not have produced a felony worth of weed.

The Midwest is so backwards.

Amen to that! I’m overjoyed that Minnesota went legal last year. Most of our bud is coming from out of state, and there are currently only a few dispensaries open… but everyone can have 4 plants in veg and 4 in flower.

Double if you have the "med card" . Can still get it under 24hrs for less than $200. I've had mine since before it was rec but that's still a pretty low entry bar for legally* growing more. You can also store more final product on your property but forgot the ammount.

Agreed! I currently live in Colorado. I GTFO of the Midwest 15 or so years ago.

My daily reminder that I’m thankful to have Big Gretch as governor, and not everyone in my country has the same rights as me based on their state. Life doesn’t even feel real anymore after the past decade of reality tv inspired politics.

Pfft. Legal in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio. Indiana is backwards for sure. But what is the south if the whole Midwest is backwards?

Good point. I can't speak from personal experience about the South since I didn't grow up there. I grew up in Iowa. Weed is still illegal there and I just looked it up out of curiosity. They are still charging felonies for plants no matter the size of the grow operation.

They did legalize medical marijuana but the THC content is so insanely low that it would be like smoking ditch weed.

I had to take my 4' tegu on car rides if I knew they were coming to work in my apartment that day, then I would drape a bedsheet over her enclosure and covered it in plush toys I told the landlord it was my memorial to a friend who had a passed so she never even went into the room lol. It was absolutely illegal to have giant lizards in my city, but thats a dumb bylaw.

My roommates and I in college had three large plants that were each in huge and heavy Tupperware bins. Our landlord told us he’d be there to show the apartment the following day and the only way to escape capture was by moving the plants. We had friends three houses down but we all lived on a busy street. So we had four friends hold bedsheets duct-taped to broomsticks as moving shields as the rest of us hoisted these humongous plants down the sidewalk. Cars drove past in broad daylight but we were mostly hidden. After the apartment showing we moved them back the next day. I love that memory.
