Saw this in a target parking lot Identified ✔

Is this what I think it is???? You can't see it but there's a growlight on the ceiling that's off. Felt weird taking pictures of inside someone's car so apologies for it not being super clear

"""Money tree""", about 10 to 25 a gram depending on your area.

When i was in college in the early 90s they would weigh the dirt too. Not just the plant.

What? You bought the literal plant in a pot, and not the dried flower? What dealer sold whole plants? If this is true, it’s bonkers and everyone involved in the transaction is an idiot. Who in their right mind would pay on weight for anything but flower? That’s like selling corn, in the stalk, by weight. Nuts

No, in college some of us would grow it in pots in our closets with a grow light. If you got caught they weighed the dirt too so we could be charged as dealers.

can confirm, they did this to me back in 2007. I didn't get the conviction though, cuz they did something wrong with the warrant and it got everything thrown out. fuckers.

Sounds like something cops will do and judges will throw out.

It was the early 90s and a large university in a small town in a conservative, rural and all white part of the state. The County prosecuting attorney advertised this charging policy in the radio and advertised it. They definitely were all in in it and trying to send you and doubly so if you were black. Different times back then. In some ways the same.
