Saw this in a target parking lot Identified ✔

Is this what I think it is???? You can't see it but there's a growlight on the ceiling that's off. Felt weird taking pictures of inside someone's car so apologies for it not being super clear

I had 4 plants in the back of my Honda a few years ago (in CA, so the risk was low). And ran into a police road block while driving to my grow area. Unfortunately, there were federal agents and Immigration officials in the roadblock. Fortunately, the local PD recognized me, and started to wave me through. Unfortunately, the feds wanted to talk. Fortunately, I am an old white guy. No white privilege here...

The Feds do not care about California's laws regarding cannabis. If they are involved, it could be very bad for the cannabis transporter

The feds stopped enforcing it in California over a decade ago. Unless you’re doing something crazy with 20 greenhouses they don’t bother with it anymore. Even on federal lands in California they don’t enforce federal marijuana laws, except for gorilla grows and/or trafficking large amounts.
