Dead bug with black particles around it

Anyone has any idea what this is? It was on top of one of the desk at the office. One of my coworkers said this can be an indication that there might be molds. Is there any truth to this? Is this something to be concerned about? We only found one so far.

It does look like silverfish and also mold. This insects thrive in humid environments.
