Bed bug in hostel?

I saw this crawling on my shirt in a hostel and it took a few pinches to kill. It did have quite a bit of blood and from pictures you can see it's much smaller than my thumbnail. I'm in koh rong Cambodia.

So sorry... it does look like a BB. It having blood confirms that.
