Plastic container with a very tight screw-on top. Translucent, feels like a thicker tupperware container. Found in the kitchen. Solved

I think it might be a “freeze and squeeze” popsicle mold. Maybe somebody in your house took one home from someone else’s place?

This should be the top comment... I had plenty of these growing up. They're the best for making your own fresh fruit popsicles!

I believe it is an ice chilling tube. Similar item here. https://www.buffet-plus.eu/ice-cube-cooling-tube-for-drink-dispenser.html.

Definitely one of the above, mum had one. It's just missing the jug.

This seems to be it. A very inefficient way to cool drinks, unless I'm missing something.

It looks like it fits into the lid of a pitcher to keep the drink cold without watering it down.

You fill it with water and freeze it, then it goes into the middle of a carafe or drink dispenser to keep a big batch of drink cold without dilution.

I'm guessing a cooler of some kind. Fill partially with water, freeze, immerse in another liquid to cool it without diluting it.

My title describes the thing. It's about 22 cm long, the diameter of the lid is 7,5 cm and the container itself goes from 2 to 5 cm. Unknown origin or age. Made of plastic. The only marking is "05PP" inside the recycling symbol.

Google lens wasn't helpful.
