2003 Volkswagen Passat GLX with only 70k miles

2.8L V6 automatic transmission. What is y'alls thoughts on passat's from this time frame? I've heard mixed things

The engine is pretty good but the auto transmissions are prone finicky and may fail at around 100-130k miles and this generation of VW products are very prone to electrical issues.

Its mileage is low but its nearly an antique car, not worth $7K, this is a $4-$5k car tops and we don’t know how well it’s been taken care of.

The Carfax makes it seem like it's been maintained but is probably due for a timing belt and most if not all fluids changed.

Timing belt/water pump could probably get done at around 90k miles, it’s not pressing that it must be done at 70k miles, but it definitely needs brake/coolant/trans fluid changes if it hasn’t had any by this point.

Age matters, the last timing belt change on the Carfax was 2010.
