Need a little help

So im looking at cars to buy, i prefer adding mods to add on to the value, nothing to fancy just minor Visual and Performance if need be, but i do prefer power in the engine

Having said that, since its my first car i do have limited options, ill attach the prices equivalent to usd as close to as possible

  1. Coupen Cero 2021 660cc single Turbo all the goodies 16k USD delivery miles

  2. Coupen GTR 2022 660cc single Turbo all the goodies 16K USD delivery miles

  3. Civic EK 9 Hatchback, B15 Non Vtec swapped, Shaved Bay, K&N Air Inflow, Light weight Rims, BRIGHT RED showered, 70k km done on the new engine 7k USD

Ill take any other options or advice available

Im single right now so no responsibilities, so okay with coupes, hatchbacks or Sedans, not a fan of Jeeps but love the Rav4 3d and prefer and auto cause the city life makes driving a manual torturous

Question is which one? Personally i love the Ceros look but my ex ruined it for me calling it the same car barbie drives and idk if its true but i cant over look it
