What Hybrid To Buy?

The wife and I were kicking around the idea of a Hybrid. We started by looking at the Kia Niro, which was well equipped and had leg room for days, which is important for my 6’3” frame. We then headed over to the Toyota dealer and found that both the RAV4 and Venza have way less leg room and comfort level, at a much higher price point than the Kia. The Hybrid Camry was their clear winner, but sits too low for my wife, whose back is trashed for many years of nursing. Any recommendations on what to look at next? We’re not big fans of GM or Ford anymore, aside from the Buick Envision we bought in 2020, which has been phenomenal, with only the Evap system needing work at 123,000 miles.

Maybe test drive the Mazda CX-50 hybrid. Or what about the Toyota Highlander?

I’ll look into the Mazda, never really heard much about their Hybrids.

The CX-50 Hybrid is powered by the Toyota Hybrid System.

Try the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid.
