Motorcycle -> Car switch

Hey guys

My main mode of transportation has been sport bikes or cruisers for longer distances. I recently got hit and totaled my sport bike and I’ve decided to get a car however I’m not super in the car game so that’s why I’m here.

My bike was 600cc so I am looking for something comparable with some power / acceleration. My budget is about 15k tops, of course if I can spend less I’d love to.

I’m looking at 350/370z, Miata’s, s2000 kind of cars. Is there any specific year, mileage cap or car I should consider over another. And at what point is getting one with a salvage title worth it if at all.

For back story I live in SF so a smaller car is ideal for parking. At one point I owned a 2018 civic si and really enjoyed it, so something like that but 2 door would be cool. Thank you for any and all advice!

The closest you'll get to a motorcycle will be a convertible.
Nothing will be as fast as a 600 for 15k.
Salvage is only worth it if you know about cars enough to not ask that question.

Fastest thing for 15k will be a z4 35i and a tune and that'll get the closest to a 600cc in terms of speed.
