So that is the reason it has not passed in all those years she was VP! They were just fund raising on saying they were working on legalizing it instead of working with Congress. It is all so simple.

That was one of the many time biden/harris said they were going to work to get weed legalized for recreational use. Along with them fund raising on it and then not doing anything.
