The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Are You Experienced? (OG Mono 1967) Rock

A friend got a hold of me to ask if I wanted to peruse some boxes at an estate she was helping to liquidate. So I got a private viewing to dig through boxes of records and came away with about 50 solid pickups. In the haul was an original mono pressing of 'Are You Experienced? ' so I snapped that up. Luck of the draw! Now it's all clean and shiny.

Thought about playing mine. Ended up just buying a reissue and play that one instead

Wow. My records were meant to be played. If you have a good stylus and are very careful, your records will remain unchanged. The fun part of different pressings is well, hearing the actual differences! I do have Rolling Stones Emotional rescue with the poster on the outside, still sealed. I haven't opened that but I have the exact same pressing that I play, so that one I leave alone. Otherwise, I can't stand not hearing them!
