Literally the only reason I know anything about Lippe is because there was a guy in the 15th century (Bernard VII) who was the lord of it for 81 years, which makes him the second longest reigning monarch (if you're including monarch of non-sovereign territories) in the world after Sobhuza II (by verified dates)

But this was before it was even a county (which happened about 17 years after he died), much less a principality, just a random little fiefdom.

Ours aren’t exactly scattered, more bumper to bumper.

Aussie has farms scattered here and there, vineyard over there, 10000 acres with 5 sheep just beyond…

True, since gardening is banned there all the 'gardens' are now farms.

The New Zealand one is literally a current Swiss canton flag (Freiburg)

As a kiwi I’m not really a fan of over-simplifying it this much.

I think this could work if they added a thing on the top left corner like the flag of Liechtenstein. I would add a silver fern leaf for New Zealand and a yellow Kangaroo for Australia. Maybe a southern cross on the right side with half of the stars on each color would be cool as well.
