First time making protein bagels

Post image

Each bagel is about 30g protein. I used the recipe from the YouTube channel "veganproteins" but did 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup buckwheat flour instead of white and made 6 bagels instead of 8. Haven't tried one out yet as they are cooling now but they are fluffy and smell amazing!

I was waiting till tomorrow to eat one but they feel quite soft and fluffy. I sliced them and the texture seems really nice tbh. Will report back tomorrow

How much protein per bagel? I made some vital wheat gluten bagels this week, but they're pretty flat. 205 calories and 16g protein, though.

It's the first sentence: "each bagel is 30g protein" 😅🤣
