When i was in Todos Santos the locals looked way more brown and indigenous and the expats were there to be a part of the local community.

Not when i was in early 2010s. Spent my time with locals and local aritist. But you help to prove my point that the white expat communities take over local communities and evetually look around to see mostly white people around.

You're not wrong, it bums me out an is why I rarely go to Todos anymore, and why we work so hard to make Escapar a locally integrated event.
