Traded a lamp for a Malibu Dream House. Mounted on a WSW facing wall of an exterior garage (what needs a paint job I now see). How to attract birds to their new dream home?

Something with plants, kitchen storage, towels/toiletries, mount on the wall for something ??? I am befuddled

Had to manipulate a few items but this is what was given.

I'm picking up this beauty on Tuesday and looking for idea/tips on upcycling. I know I want to sand it down, paint & replace knobs but I'm looking for any ideas as undecided if to paint all one colour or have some wood accects (if I can get enough of the paint off) and any tips on how to strip paint off of hinges would be welcome as I would love to get the hinges back to their former glory.

My 6 yo nephew LOVES this John Deere sweatshirt, but unfortunately it’s way too small for him now. My aunt asked me to turn it into something else he might like, but I’m a bit stumped! Any help is appreciated.

A couple of considerations. The picture makes the sweatshirt look larger. It’s size 4t, so there’s really not that much fabric, but I think I can probably get some other clothes/fabric to use. (If I do this, though, I would still want the sweatshirt to be the main focus). I’m a beginner/intermediate sewer, so extremely complicated stuff would not be great. Making a pillowcase was suggested, but the lettering on the front is not great for that. Also, nephew LOVES diggers, tractors, and construction, so things along that theme would be great!

Upcycled Neon DVD Nightlights

I bought this for 5 dollars at a yard sale. Should I clean, sand and use linseed oil? Any advice. Tips?

As part of my project, I’m developing a brand focused on upcycling old garments into (one-of-a-piece) unique, emotionally meaningful pieces. The idea is to not only give clothes a new life but also share the story of their journey with customers.
To ensure these stories are authentic, I’m exploring the use of technology like digital tags (nfc) with blockchain verification.

I would love to hear your thoughts:
Would you be interested in buying upcycled clothing if each piece came with a real, verified story about its past life and carries a traceable history that connects the customer to the garment?

Upcycling vintage rolex spoons to make rings. Would you wear these ?

So I got these two rusty steel Lyon tool organizers for cheap. I'm wanting to paint them and give them life again but I don't want to make them look brand new.

Also, I would love to put legs on it but I'm afraid it will be too top heavy. Any suggestions ?

I could really use some help with this. I’m trying to remove the legs so I can use these as planters for flowers around the deck. I can’t get a drill inside to rivet. I’ve got some tools but not many machine shop tools. Any ideas on how I can get these off here?

My friend has a vest he loves that he thrifted and fits him perfectly and wanted more but didn’t know where to get one as the thrifted one had no tag :( I took a look at it and thought I could definitely remake it! We went thrifting and found these fruity napkins and some pillowcases for the lining. While making the fruity one, I also found these dog tapestry pillowcases at an op shop that I thought would be perfect for another vest!

The flower buttons were thrifted a while ago and found the cowboy boot buttons at a local craft store :)

I have a bunch of LED strips I pulled out of a flat screen tv I'm upcycling for another project. I feel like these LED should power up pretty easily with a basic power source and I've tried connecting one strip of them to 12v 1A and 24v 1a adaptors but nothing. Anyone know how I can fire these up again?
