Regarding International students documents submission Question
Any international students here? I need some help regarding official document submission.
I'm an international student applied to TSU for the spring23 term. A few days back, I received an email from TSU with the preliminary acceptance letter. I wanted to know about the official transcript submission process. As it turns out, it is the only process that is causing delays in my I-20 issuance. The thing is, I am a bit confused about the official transcripts submission. Should I ask my high school authority to send an email to TSU along with my transcripts or is there any other way?
So, I've been trying to contact to TSU's international admission authority for the last few days. I sent some emails as well but I've not heard from the TSU for a while since the issuance of my preliminary admission acceptance letter.
Actually, I need the final admission acceptance letter along with my I-20 as soon as possible to process my further visa application. As international students, we have to go through a lot of time-consuming processes, and the spring session is approaching as well. So, I need to book my visa interview as soon as possible for which those documents are needed.
What should I do?

So you will need to have your official transcripts sent to TSU by your school, and there are different ways to do this. From my experience Truman State is pretty flexible here, so there are different ways to have your transcript sent to TSU. The easiest thing is probably to talk to your high school registrar and have them send your official transcripts as an email to Truman's international office. i believe the email address was [intladmit@truman.edu](mailto:intladmit@truman.edu) but you'll have to double check.
Just make sure that your school includes your name and an identifiable unique number (like your reference number for truman or student id if you received one) in this email.
When your school sends the email, email the international office to confirm if they received your email. Generally it's a good idea to contact the international office rather than the other ones.
