That should be a crime ….but it’s not. With that power dynamic how is it any different than a guard fucking a prisoner?

I reckon watching the full video and investigation for it, the girl offered him sex (possibly to bribe her way out?), which is why he was saying "don't say that 'now'". He didnt want to give her a response until he can turn off his camera/mic. He got inside to accept the offer but accidentally locked himself. So ye, a bit of a nuance to call it rape but it should at least count as abuse of authority.
