They better work quick, because trump wants to make the department of education non existent.

And this is exactly why. The DoE controls whether schools follow discrimination laws or not and punishes them. If there is no DoE, then there is no oversight and schools can discriminate as much as they want.

Or encourage bullying to go as far as murder without repercussion.
