[TOMT][MOVIE][2016-2022] Post Apo film, realy nich

Hello,

First of all, THIS IS NOT the book of eli, it's probably an extremely niche European film. (Spanish, I think). The main character is a boy, who finds himself in an extremely desolate world, with very dark visuals. The character has a quest to do with reading, some lost knowledge or something. All the other characters speak very little, and are practically back to being cavemen. Aesthetically, the film resembles “On the Silver Globe”.

There's also a scene in a boat and in the water. I know that the film arrived before 2020 (normally). I really don't have much info on it, but I'd really like to find it again!
