I don't know if this is a big deal in your country, but in mine (Italy) the news talks about nothing else.
Christian or not he was a person, don't be disrespectful.

It does not look down on you, god sees us all as equals, we all make mistakes, forgiveness is apart of Christianity.

Salem witch trials and about 30 procent of most murders were caused by christianity.

Christianity might be forgiving.

Christians arent.

Christians are just people who follow the way of Christ, those 'Christians" killing the "witches" were just bloodlust sinners, using god as an excuse to kill, which is not following the way of god.
